As a first time home buyer, the process of purchasing a home, from determining what it was I really wanted through navigating the process of making an offer/closing, was daunting to say the least. I needed to work with a Realtor who had a sophisticated expertise but who could break each step of the process down with a simple explanation I could understand to enable proper decisions along the way.
Costa was perfect.
He provided numerous options and helped me pare down to what fit my needs, responded to every question/request within minutes, was patient and never applied an ounce of pressure, gave me advice on how much to offer and how to proceed on the unit I loved, and made the closing process a smooth ride.
In a commission-based business, working with someone who has the integrity to slow you down when you're foot is too far on the gas says a lot about character. With his guidance I avoided making a couple mistakes and landed my dream condo.
I cannot recommend Costa highly enough to any first-time or veteran property seeker. He's the best. You will not be disappointed.

Costa is a true professional and was attentive throughout our home purchase process. What I appreciated most was his quick responses, often returning my emails within a couple of hours and responding to texts almost immediately. We used Costa's expertise to find a tenant for our North Beach flat in San Francisco. Costa posted the information on all resources available to an experienced realtor. Rentals are so competitive in San Francisco that we received multiple offers within 5 days of the postings. Within a few days, we had a signed lease agreement. The selection process went quickly because Costa promptly sent us info for review.
He also kept us informed throughout the whole process. And, Costa was always available via phone, text or e-mail. We thought the lease process would be painful, but it was not. Costa made it very easy for us. We would not hesitate to use Costa again in future real estate transactions.
